Provenor
The services of provenor can be described as following:
1. Project which is specified accurately in the contract and includes estimation of time needed and costs
- problem solving, monitoring a trial with/witout cemicals, testing etc
- detailed list of what is included, which and how many analyses are done, estimationof the time needed
- costs are linked to the time estimation
2. Comparison / testing of several chemical suppliers products e.g. before yearly contracts or critical time period for chemical treatment (summer/winter), advantages
- neutral testing partner - independent results
- all tests are done by the same test person, the same way and under same circumstances
- tests can be executed anonymously (chemicals A,B,C...)
- test results gives the best product from all suppliers best products
- it is also possible to calculate the economics from the results vs chemicals
3. Time specified contract when certain actions are done during a period of one year, 1/4 of a year, one week/month etc
- could include routine services (samples, analyses, follow-up)
- can be changed e.g. to acute problem solving if needed
- defines a minimum work load per period, can be increased if needed
- makes it possible to buy treatment chemicals without service - savings, doesn't exclude suppliers responsibility of the chemical - must be according to specification
- extremely flexible way of servicing the customer
4. Other activities like taking samples, certain analyses, training with chemicals, audits, possible to help with developing of chemical equipment or their investments
