Customer contacted provenor because they had big problems with their sludge treatment with sentrifuge. Due to urgent situation provenor was onsite making evaluation and laboratory tests one day after the contact of the customer.

 

1. In evaluation with the lab tests results showed that currently used polymer was effective so the problem was somewhere else.

 

2. After further laboratory tests provenor came to conclusion that amount of the dosed polymer was too low at the starting phase of the centrifuge. This resulted the blocking of the centrifuge screens and caused malfunctioning of the centrifuge.

 

3. Next phase was to increase the polymer dosage to the right level at the starting phase of the centrifuge. After those changes the centrifuge started working properly and customer could continue sludge treatment normally.

 

Since the customer first contacted provenor it took only 2 days when provenor had finished the tests and given right directions to the customer and they were running the centrifuge at normal level.
